SENATE BILL NO. 268 An Act relating to release before trial in                 
cases involving controlled substances was read the second time.                
                                                                               
Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2964.                    
                                                                               
Senator Miller called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                     
                                                                               
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 268(JUD) An Act                      
relating to release before trial in cases involving controlled                 
substances, imitation controlled substances, stalking, or domestic             
violence was adopted and read the second time.

submitted to the court and the district attorney's office;                     
	(B) alcoholic beverage offenses, to submit to a                              
breath test when requested by a law enforcement officer;

Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                       
Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection.   There being            
no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                            
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
